Pros:
Multiple tees, well cared for park. The distances of holes vary though only two holes have any good distance on them. I don't personally find this to be a negative as the short throws tend to have trees and other obstacles to contend with.
If you play both red and blue you get a nice 18 holes.
Cons:
Natural tees. This to me is the biggest drawback. This park is begging for nice concrete tee pads. If they were installed right away that elevates this course from a good course that should be frequented by locals, to a course worth a short drive to frequent yourself. From a 3 to a 3.5
Having played parks lately with short tees though I will say I'd rather have a natural tee than a short tee.
Other Thoughts:
In all glad I played it, and I will probably go back to play again. This is a lot beginner course than expert level with a difficulty of a 2 out of 5. But sometimes those are nice to play.
