Pros:
Not too much undergrowth to lose your disc, mostly clear lines.
Cons:
As with any new course, refinement is needed for tee boxes, signage, fairway trimming.
Navigating the course is still an issue that could be easily solved, by using a sharpy to put hole numbers on all the arrow signs, and using colored electrical tape on one of the basket spokes to indicate the direction to the next tee path.

Other Thoughts:
I would like to see hole numbers on the baskets and next tee signs, and maybe some more arrow on paths (first tee box location, not obvious at first, and I got lost missing a few holes between 13 and 18).
A course map here, and on the clubhouse would avoid some of the problems I had.
