Pros:

Layout is fabulous.
Two tees on most holes.
Excellent blend of long par 4's and birdie run 3's, and few in between holes.
Nice flow to the course.
Use of space is right on. Mix of just about every shot in the game.
Property is a showcase for New England style disc golf.
Tee shots are all fair lines, with most holes giving multiple options to hit fairways or go for the green/pin.
Fairways give you honest looks at the greens.
Greens are a complete mix of open, protected , fast and suicidal death putts.
Baskets are MINT!! Absolutely LOVE the yellow Prodigy chains here. Easy to see, catch awesome , look great.
Big parking lot.
Port a Pots around the lot and first tee.
Pro Shop with disc, tee shirts, and a few other things.
Excellent course navigation signs and next tee signs around entire course. Getting a round was super easy.
Clean beautiful course.
Two courses available to play.
Tee signs with maps, distance, par , and teaser about new Blue and Gold layouts.

Cons:

Tee boxes are sand/dirt, for the time being.
Limited seating through out course. Pack the stool.
A bit of debris around the edges of the fairway.

*These should be temporary blemishes on an other wise MINT course. Will update as future phases of improvement are completed.

Other Thoughts:

I had not heard too much chatter about this course, so I was a bit skeptical driving almost 2hrs to play here. So happy I made the trip and no doubt I'll be back. It's a beautiful place for disc golf. These woods are just perfect for disc golf. There is a variety of elevation changes here. All of the lines are shaped beautifully through out the course. The layout is challenging. The course demands a lot from you at times, and then rewards you with a birdie run for your efforts.
There are a few par 4's that should probably be 3's. My feeling is that we will see the true par 4 for these holes in the Blue layout that is planned. We spent a good amount of time trying to predict what the blue and gold layouts may look like on almost every hole we played. It's a long course and there is a good amount of distance between a lot of the holes, so be prepared when you play this one. Definitely hit this up BEFORE they start putting in the Blue and Gold layouts for the simple reason that it's going to be really fun to see a course develop from playable to BEHEMOTH! I'll be honest and say that I didn't think this place was going to live up its name as a "disc golf center", but this course is on track to become something even greater. I'm impressed and I'm sure I will be blown away in the years to come.
