Pros:
Secluded, DGA Mach 7?, Practice Target, Nice Course Map, Plumbed! Toilets, Barn for shelter if needed. Grassy fairways that range from tight to wide enough to not going into thick underbrush.
Two pin locations per hole make some fast greens and faster greens. Creek used well too....fairway and greens. Terrain used to its fullest potential. Really like the Alt. Pin location markers. 2'? High pipe with reflective tape on the top. Great "Next tee" signs and brooms on most tees. Kinda course I really like...shorter holes with terrain and technical. I don't have a big arm. Wish it was closer to me.
Cons:
Bridge coming in looks a little iffy. But had no issues. 3 holes about 400' a few open bomber holes would have gotten a bigger rating. Few tee pads are uneven. Most holes are short. So, no big run up needed.
Other Thoughts:
Plumbed bathrooms are seasonal. I forgot the use bug spray and was surprised I didn't need it. I believe little rain in the spring helped.
Hole #9? Had a few picnic tables kinda close to the green. I played on a Friday evening and no one else on the course.
The round took me 1:15 to throwing mostly mids to stay on the fairway as a time priority.
Locals could come up with a very challenging Safari round to keep things from getting boring.
