Pros:
-General course layout very nice.
-Baskets in decent shape.
-Nice long concrete Tee pads.
Cons:
-Very overgrown. Clearly hasn't seen any maintenance in a long time.
-Holes 6 and 7 apparently have been removed, and a couple new holes (A and B) hidden off in the woods somewhere, accidentally stumbled upon them while i was lost after hole 11.
-Signage doesn't indicate these course changes. I wouldn't have known where to go after hole 6 if some helpful locals didn't point me straight to hole 9.
-Hole 11 used to be my least favorite hole of about any course. Now it seems to have been extended, and is without a doubt my least favorite hole i've ever played.
-New hole "B" has you teeing seemingly straight into a wall of trees to break through to the actual fairway.
Other Thoughts:
When this course is maintained it is an absolute classic, with nice teepads, great shot shapes, nice use of the natural hazards weaving about the course. I had to take a couple years off disc golf due to an injury, and unfortunately found with my visit today that things are not looking good. Hopefully this course gets a make-over to bring it back to its former glory. It would be a shame for people not to experience this course in its proper state.
