Pros:
1. Some interesting risk reward shots.
2. The tee shot on #3 from a cliff over the river is gorgeous.
3. Restrooms on site.
Cons:
1. Those risk reward shots can cost you discs (more below).
2. The #3 basket is within 50' of a playground.
3. The restroom building is in the middle of the #4 fairway.
4. #7 is unplayable from its normal tee box (more below).
5. Park users are potentially in play on 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7.
6. No tee markers, suggest UDisc or a course map to navigate.
Other Thoughts:
To be fair, there are some interesting shots and some cool lines to throw. But be prepared to dodge park users, and be prepared to lose a disc or two if you play aggressively and happen to miss one of those lines.
In particular, I suggest going around on the street side or over the foliage on #1 if you are trying to reach the basket. This will take a big throw. Otherwise lay up, as the window through the foliage to the other side of the river and the safe landing area on the other side of the river are smaller than they appear. #6 and #7 also bring the river into play, and an errant line or an overthrow can easily find the water. The river is deep, so you won't see your disc on the bottom, and the foliage around it is thick, so don't expect to get your disc back if you throw it in.
As for #7 there is significant construction going on between the tee box and the basket, so my suggestion until this work is completed is to cross the road and pick a spot with a line that takes the construction equipment out of play. You can easily make the hole 250' or so, and the road in front, the trees around the basket and the river behind it make it a decent challenge if played this way.
Summary: Not a course to go out of your way for, but worth playing if you are in the area.
