Pros:
Have to appreciate any company course as I would certainly play it all the time if I worked in this industrial park. And there are some pretty good holes here, in particular the one (6?) where the blue tee is an incredible tunnel shot while the white allows a short carry over a pond to a basket far below. In contrast to most company courses, several of the shots feel remote from the property and feel like actual woods. Navigational aids are present throughout so passers-through should have a quick and relatively fun round.
There is nice mix of completely wooded and mostly open holes. The distances are short and there isn't a real air out opportunity but 7? Goes back over the pond with a nice left fade towards the basket.
Cons:
Two holes parallel to the property fence mean that employee can recover the discs but everyone else I just out of luck. 2 is incomprehensible and I can't figure what is supposed to be the fairway. The tees are flattened but gravel and it is not always evident where to go from them. It's a fairly insubstantial round, and um, that fence. Quick round for locals but not really a stop-by course. There is a ton of woods here. There was no need to use the fence-adjacent land so much. Yeah, it takes a lot more effort to cut holes through the woods, but you pay for these shiny, new baskets, at least gradually make use of that terrain.
