Pros:
All par three, scrubby pine and oak, beach golf. Not a ton of distance but variable from 220-380 feet. Much more technical than the front course, this is exclusively in the woods and has a much different feel. Some ace runs, some longer shots, some really demanding blind shots, this course does a good job with a flat plot of land.
Cons:
Florida flat, no hills at all. Some of the tee signs don't exist or are totally incorrect, or maybe don't show alternate positions. Several of the tee pads are either too close to other baskets are are basically in the way. This course is fine for casual play but would be a shooting gallery for tournament play. You're a long way from the parking lot just to start this course, the holes at the back are probably at least half a mile from your car.
Other Thoughts:
I'm a fan, it reminds me of several courses I've played close to the Atlantic ocean.
