Pros:
1. Ideal intermediate course for beginners looking for a suitable challenge. 2. Nice setting in small town. 3. Chances are: you & the people you're with will be the only ones on the course. 4. No real obstacles other than trees. 5. Baskets in decent condition. 6. No water hazards. 7. You won't have to worry too much about losing your discs.
Cons:
1. No signage telling you how many ft. to the hole from the tee, or a map of the hole (not a big deal). 2. Tees may be challenging to find at first (1,6,9) but on our second time through, we found them. 3. Make sure you have everything you need (drinks, food, etc.) Russell Springs is a very small town and there's nowhere in town to buy anything.
Other Thoughts:
If travelling on 25 & you have time, this course is worth checking out, or if you live in the area and want to try out a different course w/o travelling too far (like reviewer). Course is generally pretty even terrain, hole 6 is a nice downhill slope.
