Pros:
Nice, technical lines with great variation that requires a wide range of skill and maneuvering ability.
Very smooth and sensible layout.
Multiple beautiful, signature holes .
Interesting natural obstacles and some mossy covered old structures are unique and memorable.
Great baskets and tees, including quality signs and waste receptacles.
A nice putting area near the start and finish with a more extensive warm-up area in the middle.
Sandy pine needled terrain stays very dry and keeps the course playable even when most others nearby are not.
Easy to find your disc because there's not a lot of tall vegetation or thick undergrowth.
Free parking right by the start and finish.
