Pros:
Fulfills it purpose as a beginner/family course very well.
Excellent course to work on short game skills.
Three holes that require a good shot to get a two.
Usually no one else playing, so safari rounds can be played. There are enough trees and room that almost any shot can be designed.
Fairways and greens get mowed a couple times a year.
Two holes where elevation is a factor.
Great option to throw some discs if you don't have the 1 ½ hours it usually takes to play Baldfoot.
Cons:
Dirt tees.
Six of the holes are open and very easy.
Very short, most holes are between 120' and 180'.
Mosquitoes can be heavy during the wet times of year.
Other Thoughts:
Not a course to make a special trip to play, but it is a good warmup for a round on Baldfoot for course baggers.
There is plenty of room and enough trees that a more challenging design could be implemented while still keeping the course beginner friendly.
