- great variety of distances ranging 175 to 750 feet
- great use of elevation to make for some very interesting shots
- tons of trees to make you throw lots of different shots
- on the same property as two other 18 hole courses

- for how nice the course is, it would be nice to have a hole diagram on the tee sign
- navigation is fairly simple but there are a couple of confusing spots

One of the best courses in Colorado and the turf tee pads make it the better of these two courses in my opinion.

Very nice layout, turf/grass tee pads are in good condition.

The baskets seem a lot smaller and these baskets spit out a lot of putts.
10 dollars per round a little steep for this course, but if they put it back into the course and keep it in great shape I don't mind as much.

Play this and the beast and you'll have a perfect day of disc golf if your body can handle it

Great teepads, baskets, layout. This course was very well thought out and a wonderful use of the land. Clear pathways from basket to next tee. Turf teepads were great. Very beautiful and secluded. Lots of trees and challenging obstacles. Most baskets were visible from teepad, and had flags to help if they were tricky.

Not incredibly clear where exactly to find hole 1 from the description of the course. A large sign with a map at hole 1 would do a world of difference. Most holes had distances on the tee sign, but only a few with a sharpie line to show direction, if this was done to all the signs it would help a lot. Some of the distances seemed shorter marked than they actually played.

We were in the area for camping and saw these three courses near each other, this one was the only one that allowed dogs and was free so we took a gamble. It greatly paid off! being from Oregon, I enjoy courses with tons of trees and obstacles, shorter more technical courses with a nice mix of long challenging shots as well. This has been one of my favorite courses in Colorado thus far. Course designer did an awesome job, and obviously lots of planning went into it.

A sign board at hole 1 with a map would be a great addition! The directions aren't great, however if you use the Longitude Latitude and put it into GPS, it should take you down Lucky Lady Lane, and right as you get past the ball golf course and are turning the corner it says you have arrived. There is a small dirt road that looks like a drive way that goes up the hill from that corner. Park on the wide part of the road near the mail boxes, Hole 1 starts basically at that corner, on the right side of the small dirt road, and throws up the hill. You should see the practice basket to the left of the ball golf course tee area. Baskets are red. And as the description notes, hole 18 is in an old log cabin, you should be able to see that log cabin while on hole 1 and you know you are in the right place.

Course is an easy drive from Colorado Springs.
Super navigable, even the first time you play it. Directional arrows lead you from basket to next tee, and most pathways are mowed and/or lined with downed limbs or logs.
Variety of shots is amazing: up, down, long, tight, dog legs... there is a basket with a 20' flag on it so you can see it from the tee!
Trees!!! I always admire a hole where you will need to pick a line and hit it to have success. There is an angle at every basket on this course, but I dare you to go 18/18 on fairways hit. Especially with the 8200' elevation.

The owners have made and continue to make a significant investment in disc golf on this property. If you make it out to play, support them if you can: dine in the restaurant, be respectful and courteous to the staff, DON'T SMOKE on the course. Disc golf has a good thing going here, let's prove this can work as a business model and get more amazing courses like this!!

The course plays on a wooded hillside and takes full advantage of the topography. There's a good variety of holes with some that play in the dense woods and others requiring early/late gaps through the trees.

There's an arrow on every pin that points to the next box. The paths were mowed or lined with branches so we were not left guessing where the next hole would be.

The course is new and obviously needs to be played in. The dirt tee pads were uneven and had not been compacted so we were teeing off from a loose, spongy surface.

The more heavily wooded holes didn't have any lines available and were definitely poke and hope off the tee.

The final hole plays downhill with the basket tucked inside a log cabin (with no roof) and was my favorite shot of the day.
