Pros:
Plays in a separate area under evergreens. Nicely shaded. Tee markers are obvious and the baskets are in good shape. Short walk from the parking lot. Very pretty. Nice variety of lines and tree trunk obstacles; basket placements were good. Was not marshy despite it having rained for 24 hours before I played.
Cons:
None of the tees were numbered; none of the baskets were numbered. No special features - just throws through a maze of tree trunks.
Other Thoughts:
I played while it was actually still raining so I had an umbrella in one hand while I was throwing. Without a map or any numbering on the tees and baskets, I started off with what seemed to be the obvious layout but as I played and "discovered" other baskets and tees, I realized that I had probably safaried most of the holes. I ended up playing about 16 baskets as I had teed off from the wrong spot many times. I did not see the short tees; the long tees (I assume) are the 8 inch red blocks. Nevertheless, I had a good time and would come back if nearby again but only if the course layout is defined better (either a map on this site or at the park OR numbering on the tees and baskets). If numbering is added I will be happy to bump up my rating (without visiting again) by 0.5 discs. Maybe more if I come back and play it and see some lines that I didn't play the first time. There was a clean port-a-potty at the beginning of the path from the parking lot to the course (behind the football field). There was a walking path nearby and one or two fairways cross it but no danger of hitting an unseen walker.
