Tom Hanks movie or Breeders Album?

Pros:

Splash plays through a very nice park that is well taken care of. Many holes have you throwing over bushes and trees. Hole 6 is an interesting hole as you're throwing across the soccer field, a wide open throw to an elevated basket location on top of hill with many roll away opportunities. There is some other minor elevations points throughout the course that is used pretty nicely, a few slightly downhill or uphill throws that you wouldn't notice unless paying close attention but effect your tee shots. The trees in the main garden area at the beginning and end of the course are used to about their fullest extent to add variety and challenges to the course. This place challenges intermediate players to drive further and does a pretty good job and introducing new players or being a family outing without too much frustration.

Cons:

The little rubber mats and I do mean LITTLE rubber mats are barely enough to stand on let alone run up on. Luckily this park gets lots of attention and throwing from the grass isn't an issue but it's still weird. Around 3-4 holes are very, very open and present little challenge from tee to basket.

Other Thoughts:

If you like beautiful gardens and well manicured parks this is a great option for you. If you like par 4 and 5 holes, densely treed courses and tight lines it is not a great option for you. It's an easy and relaxing round in a city park, take it for what it's worth. Worth it as a leg stretcher or another course to bag.

Pros:

+nice tee signs & patriot baskets
+very maintained park
+lots of parking
+restrooms & benches
+uses what obstacles are present
+not busy

Cons:

-small rubber mat tee pads
-multiuse park (a soccer game would eliminate 3 holes)
-mostly open, few trees

Other Thoughts:

in this small multi-use park they crammed 9 holes, so there is a bit of overlap; but this is a small town, so it's unlikely to have much conflict. pretty good varity of shots except the 4 in the flat wide open middle section are all pretty similar.
if the soccer fields are empty, hole 6 will likely be the hardest, with a good basket position up on the side of the hill ~300ft across the soccer pitch and a concrete path (ob) right behind it.
there is a lot of grooming in this park; all bushes trimmed and grass mowed tight. walking paths throughout, so you might have to wait for pedestrians.
a nice semi-quick stop/detour if you are coming from the west going to walcott (better than neptune park in rupert).
