Pros:

Great mix of open and tight holes, water hazards but not bad. New course but maintained well. Signs on every tee and arrows to the next tees. Trash cans and benches on a lot of holes. Friendly people running the place with a nice clubhouse/ pub. A couple of holes are pretty creative, good use of the terrain all around.

Cons:

Some tee pads were a little on the short side, as were the distance on a couple of the holes.
A few of the woods holes are extremely tight and need a bit of thinning.

Other Thoughts:

Overall, the course has big potential! It plays very fun as is, but with a few tweaks it could be even better!
