Pros:
- Concrete tee pads and metal tee signs
- Discatcher baskets in great condition
- Navigation is fairly easy
- Half park, half wooded course
- Tight woods helps a short course
- Amazing view of the town and Utah Lake

- Tee pads are dirt
- Course is built for newer players/lacks distance
- Slightly favors LHBH or RHFH players
- Plays down walking/biking paths
- Very little parking

Other Thoughts:
I played it today and the area recently got a few inches of snow. It was fun even with cold, wet hands and wet shoes. It's a bit out of the way from the freeway or Provo/Salt Lake but worth the extra effort to play this fun, wooded course.
