Pros:
1. New concrete teepads and baskets. Signage coming soon.
2. Well established city park.
3. Three challenging wooded holes.
4. Plenty of parking.
5. Minimal lost disc opportunities.
6. Good confidence boosting course.
Cons:
1. After hole 3, this course is boring and lacks challenge. I'm an 860 rated player and shot 7 down while being distracted on my phone by a wild girlfriend.
2. Walking path comes into play on a few holes, but was not busy while I played.
3. Too many wide open holes lacking challenge.
4. The last two holes were squeezed in putting a house, cars, and ballfield when utilized into play.
5. Very repetitive. I think I only threw side arm once. Every other shot was a RHBH.
Other Thoughts:
I wish I would've skipped this course and saved my energy and daylight for the Club at Cypress. Beginners will enjoy this course while not having to worry about losing discs. But they will irritate other park goers with errant shots on holes 1 ~ 3 and 17 ~ 18.
