Disc pinball on big hills 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Jul 28, 2019 Played the course:once

Pros:

--Very challenging
--tees have signs with #, par and distance
--concrete pads
--garbage cans
--mature woods with little undergrowth so hard to lose a disc here

Cons:

--Baskets are often hard to see
--numerous holes have no discernible path to the basket. This seemed to get worse on the back 9. Just a wall of massive 100' trees in between a tee and basket and they call it a hole.
--Erosion has impacted basket height and there are some that are tilting.
--lots of walking between holes including multiple street crossings
--limited open drives, trees everywhere

Other Thoughts:

This is a physically challenging course. Almost every hole has significant elevation changes. While this makes for some interesting shots, for the most part, there are just too many trees to make it enjoyable. There's so many holes that have no clear way to make a shot. It's like they refused to carve a fairway due to the big old trees. Everything is in the woods until the last 2 which are up and down the sledding/ski hills. 18 is downhill and wide open so at least it ends with a fun hole.

Terrible layout 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Feb 18, 2017 Played the course:once

Pros:

I enjoyed the challenge, playabilty, and layout of each hole themselves. I think they will be really nice once tee boxes are complete.

Cons:

Overall course layout. Its extremely confusing I recommend printing or downloading the map of you've never been there before. There's no way i would have gotten through the course without the map and it's still difficult to navigate with the map in spots. To much crossing roads also. It took us a few hours to play 16 holes.

Other Thoughts:

I feel it has the potential to be a great course of the course flowed better. 9 holes on each side of the road would have been great or as close to that as possible.
