Pros:

- baskets
- cement tees, if you can find them
- wooded terrain and rolling hills

Cons:

- no signage at all
- navigation of this course is almost impossible if you don't know where you're going

Other Thoughts:

Not worth playing it you don't know the layout. Great piece of land for a course though.
