Solid DGA Targets. Grassy Fairways with no underbrush. Low ceiling shots throughout, Atleast from the tee areas I played from. As if now make up the holes as you wish.

No course or tee signs. No numbers on targets. Apparently I parked in the wrong lot. I parked east of the football field. South of Martindale Hall. Park in the little lot East of Center Hall.
After layout is final with tee signs low branches will need to be cut.

I used the sidewalk for tees. Obviously not only tees signs would go a long way. But a kiosk about the game with all "How To" info. Would a HUGE plus! For Students locals that have no idea what the targets are for.
Took me 30? Minutes to play a round and figure out my layout.
As signage improves so will my rating. But only from Passable to Reasonable.
