Pros:
Well maintained, cement tees, plays smoothly. Great to learn the game.
Cons:
Very short holes. The pars aren't very logical. Every thing under 300 is a par 3, everything between 300 and 400 are par 4's with a few par 5's. I 2'd all the par 5's my first time playing it. My score by the posted pars was near 30 under.
Other Thoughts:
The course isn't garbage. Its fun to play. If there was more room alternate pins would improve it greatly. Unfortunately theres only a handful or holes that an alternate pin would create a more difficult shot.
