meh, just go to Gordon Lake unless you live across the street

Reviewed: Played on:Mar 15, 2024 Played the course:once

Pros:

-2 baskets
-plenty of room to putt, practice up shots, and maybe drive up to about 300' at most

Cons:

-i didn't see any tees marked
-no trees, no obstacles except a building
-there used to be a third basket that is now gone
-limited access, no play during school hours

Other Thoughts:

There is really not much to say other than there are two baskets in a small open area behind the middle school. You can easily practice putting and upshots but you won't have any obstacles.

I suppose the only good news is that course baggers can scratch one off the list in less than five minutes.

I would practice here if I lived within walking distance. If I had to get in the car, it's less than a mile from Gordon Lake.

Practice course 2+ years

Reviewed: Played on:Aug 6, 2019 Played the course:once

Pros:

3 baskets, one low to the ground
Baskets are still in decent shape, but the one low has a slight damage to the chain assembly, does not effect putting.
Good place to be by yourself and work on parts of your game.

Cons:

Not much to throw around.
Can't use when school is in session.

Other Thoughts:

This is exactly what it says it is, 3 baskets behind a school on the school grounds. Work on your putting, work on upshots, work on forehand or backhand or even overhand if you want.
This is not a disc golf course per ce, it is for the kids, or anyone who wants some practice time away from the course. For that, it fulfills it's purpose.

I gave it 2 stars because there is no shade, nothing but one building to throw around. You can throw some 300ft shots, but anything more than 400 is going to be tough to practice out there.

Would I play here again? Well, it is a practice course, if I lived across the street I might practice here, but I am not driving past another course to practice here.

Reviewed: Played on:Jul 14, 2015 Played the course:5+ times

Pros:

Tough course, made it to bee very challenging for intermediate players.
Some holes force forehands, and Backhands.

Cons:

Not a ton of ace runs here, nut it has a few that could be hit.
Layout is difficult, unless, you play with a designer.
No marked teepads or holes.

Other Thoughts:

For the area given for practice, we came up with a good and challenging course for us.
