Pros:
Good use of the terrain that was available to them. The shot variety is good need most of your bag. Plenty of shots fading left, right, and going straight.
Cons:
Tee pads are missing, tee signs are missing and just the blue/white post remain. The paths between the holes are not worn in due to the lack of people that play this course. The next tee signs have faded off. The grass never gets mowed making it easy for disc to get lost. Holes 11 and 12 have bad pin position I'm all for pins on a drop off but these drop offs are over 100 feet down so a bad shot or tree kick can leave you with playing a new hole as you attempt to get back up the hill. The alternate pin position are never used.
Other Thoughts:
Now this course has been improved over time. Some of the trees are being cut down opening up some fairways. Also this 18 hole versions is much better than the original 21 hole version. It was redone in early 2015. However at the rate of there improvements it will be 2030 before this is a nice course
