Good beginner course 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Mar 7, 2018 Played the course:once

Pros:

Park was clean, recently mowed grass

Very short, small course, good for beginners or kids just learning the game.

Baskets are easy to see from the tee pad

Easy to find the next tee

Cons:

Too many holes too close together, this would probably be a much better 9 hole course

Signs broken on a few tees, had to look online for par/distance info etc

Baskets aren't numbered, so it was confusing on some tees which basket you're throwing at. I just picked on and threw at it.

Tee pads aren't great, kinda small, but you don't need a big run-up for any of the holes, just x-step and throw.

Other Thoughts:

This was a fun course for a noob like myself, a nice area with a few restaurants nearby. Not much challenge i would imagine for strong players, but it's a good short course just to throw on. A few of the holes in the woods were confusing, from the tee pad you can see 2-3 different baskets and none are marked with numbers. I'll play it again definitely as it's close to my house. It's not worth a long drive (pun intended) but if you're in the area with discs check it out.
