I was taking pics of this disc earlier to list it for sale and noticed a small piece of wire in my disc. Oddly enough, it's tied in a knot. Any of you guys ever seen this before:

Its a super magnet wire,

It helps you ace.

Sure its not just a piece of string? String or wire, probably just fell off the worker when putting the plastic in the hopper

why illegal, it is not a post production mod. If it is illegal he should be able to get an exchange.

I was kidding, I'd never call someone on that, but technically any disc containing metal is illegal for pdga play.

This could be a big problem!!! What are all the people that only buy Discraft due to their perfect quality control and consistency going to do?? I would expect a flood of marketplace offerings any minute now.

Matt, it's obviously a wire (I do have eyes). It's exactly the color of copper also. Therefore, copper wire. This is called deductive reasoning, I learned it when I was young. I could get out my gf's DSLR and prove it to you, but I'm too lazy and you'll just have to believe me.

@ Sloppy, you're kidding right? :)

Actually, it's inductive reasoning...;)

makes me wonder if something like this can be molded into discs for metal detection purposes...
