I use the KC for approaches mostly, it flies exactly how I want it to but the plastic just feels like a cheap toy or something. Too brittle, not grippy at all.
Like if I could have a KC Pro Aviar in Opto Line, I'd be pretty excited.
I'm thinking an ION?
What would you say?
In my experience the GL is more stable than the TM.
It's a very straight flyer up to 300ft with tons of glide that will turn over into a slight headwind or with OAT.
As it beats in (a few dozen trees later) it will start to have nice smooth turn at 250-300.
The TM was very touchy and...
^^^ this.
And, I really like slow gliding anny that turns steadily to the ground without ever fading back... all your buddies are watching and waiting for it to stall out but it just keeps turning and hits the ground perfectly flat and slides to a spinning stop.
(FUSE!!)
Would like weights and condition (based on Sleepy Scale) for these:
Boss- Echo Star blue- 10
Boss- Echo star Green- 10
Magic- Peace sign stamp- 7
Eagle- Red Shag stamp- 10
thanks!
171 Z XL Yellow, slightly pearly
Some throwing scratches but no real dings or gouges. 7.5/10 easy.
PLH is a little high, it's not a flippy disc, sorta like a beat Teebird.
Has my name and # on the rim only.
$10 paypal or maybe trade for a Teebird, Eagle, Fuse, or Magic.
So you guys think it's better to have "specialized" worn-in discs rather than a newer mold that flies like its beat-in big brother?
Wouldnt that make your discs a little harder to replace if lost?
Theres enough inconsistency from production runs - even of same molds - this is what makes it...
Here's my bag currently, which includes molds I'm testing/overlap.
I have greyed out some of the ones I think I will take out of the bag.
Playing a heavy water home course forces me to bring backups in the Driver and Max D categories.
Magic (putter)
Pure (putter)
JK Aviar (putter)

The inner rim (where you grip your fingers) is pitched differently.
Instead of a 90 degree like most discs, it's more like a 110 degree (approx).
Meaning when you place the river on a table, on its back, the "bowl" has cliffs that are not straight up and down, but instead angled out.
It can...
