Thanks for all the input so far. Most of my friends are family think it was just a bad sprain. I feel like this time of the year doesn't help because normally I would have walked and cycled a lot more thus building strength back up much quicker. The fact that it was only moderately swollen...
Thanks for the replies! Unfortunately I don't think I can see a doctor as I don't have health insurance or the money sadly. In the past my old doctor would just feel really quickly to see if it was fully torn I guess.
Back in late September I took a gnarly fall off my bicycle. I landed on the front of my knee hard on the sidewalk, instantly I had trouble putting weight on it. Fast forward a day or 2 and I can barley move my knee or walk.
It took a week before I could actually walk again. It was pretty...
Looking for feedback on current setup thanks.

How does the new course stackup?
-Practice basket at the beginning of the course. Rest of baskets are in good condition.
-2 sets of tees. Long tees are of good length and composed of brick, while the shorter tees are AstroTurf.
-Good flow to course, easy to follow. There are no crossing...

Fun and pretty solid course.
-Good sized parking lot that is by the practice basket, and hole 1. And also loops you back after basket 18.
-Park itself is very nice, with rolling hills, and a fairly large number of mature oak trees.
-There are wood posts in the ground which in the near future...

-Parking wasn't an issue
-Nice concrete tees that are long enough to work with
-At the end of the tee is a gravel arrow that's purpose is to point to the basket and help with erosion control
- Many holes have pro tees
- One basket was elevated which was a nice touch
- 18 holes
- Not too...
Probably the TeeBird for me too. That disc really taught me how to clean up my form and stretch out the distance factor all while remaining pretty damn accurate.
I just bought a glow DX TeeBird. Right now I'm only charging it with a flashlight, and charge it about 15 seconds or so for every shot. I shanked one into pretty deep into woods and found it no problem. Now that the weathers starting to turn around I'm doing glow every Friday and Saturday...
I used to write my name and number on the rim of all my Discs. After losing several discs and only getting one call back, I've stopped inking them completely. Also nowadays I understand how certain molds are supposed to fly a lot better and haven't lost any plastic in about a year and a half.:)

-Nice tee pads, probably the best compared to the others at near by courses.
-Course is usually not very crowded.
-Park was clean and well maintained.
-Baskets in good condition
-Course tucked away in its own area of the park
-Doesn't seem to flood as much as other courses nearby.
Few holes have...
I was wondering what method or maybe tool you guys have for measuring the wind. Right now I do the grass trick, but I was thinking about adding a little American flag. (like the ones handed out at parades) and putting it in a pocket of my bag hanging out. Would love to hear your methods!
I'm thinking about picking one of these up. My only concern is how warm they get. Today I played a round when it was only about 25 degrees and used one of those disposable hand warmers. They didn't get very warm at all, and left me struggling to keep my throwing hand warm.
Well the stores around my local courses carry mostly only Innova. This is what I've noticed thrown the most..
