I'm in the 4-5 putters range in my bag most of the time, and putters make up the bulk of my extra discs. Whereas most drivers of a particular flight characteristic across different brands share a similar shape and profile, putter shapes vary quite a bit more. So for me there's always been a lot...

Good for winter play
Wasn't expecting much from this course, but it's a decent spot for a quick round.
-Convenient location right of N. McCarran with a large free parking lot
-Mostly just DG users around the course when softball fields aren't in use
-Variety of shot lengths
-Mix of flat...

A Welcome Addition
This course is a great addition to the area with a fair amount of variety of holes and shots.
-Multiple pin placement holes, and they seem to change them frequently. Two rounds in the past two weeks there and saw a few different placements on the second time through.
-Large...
I've been using a medium Harp for about a month now and I'm pretty sure Westside/Lat figured out how to add performance enhancing drugs to a disc. I was really just looking for an overstable approach disc for windy days when my KC Aviar would turn over, but I find myself pulling this disc out on...
Was going to post this myself. Hemingway answered this question long before DG had even existed so there's really no need to debate it now.
Seriously though, this is a silly question to ask. Sport vs. Game has a huge overlap and there's no way you could ever define them to be mutually...
So you're saying a father shouldn't be able to bring his kids to the public park to play the course, because they might see chuckers who are drinking, smoking a bowl, and cursing their way up and down the course? That's ridiculous! I've worked as a ski instructor for a number of years and on far...
Found two discs on the course today with numbers on them and texted them when I got to the next hole. One of them I'm waiting to here back from on where to return his disc and the other told me to keep it. So, yea, I'm leaning towards putting my number on my discs from now on. I don't lose that...
It's so easy to get caught up with a plastic addition. Often times it's pretty hard to try before you buy unless a friend happens to have that disc, so it's easy to convince yourself to drop $10-$15 on a disc just to give it a try, only to find out that you don't love it and you take it out of...
While we've certainly come a long way in the last decade or so in having them available in public places, I agree there is a lot of room for improvement. It should be pretty standard for any town/state park or wherever the course may be to have one because in most popular parks, DGers are just a...
