    Pittsburgh Disc Golf

I have lived in Pittsburgh a little over a year (Originally from Buffalo NY). My Top 5 list of courses are: 1. Knob Hill 2. Linbrook 3. Moriane 4. Deer Lakes 5. Schenley Knob Hill is my go to course, it's not as big as Moraine or Deer Lakes but it still offers very good shot...

Review by oneCarney in course Schenley Park

3.00 star(s) -Nice Lay out in the park. -I really like wooded holes. -Nice Short lines with a few Ace run opportunities -Concrete tees. -Park itself can get really crowded at times. Great view of the City Skyline by Hole 1. I have Aced 16 and Just today chained out from the Red Tee on Hole 2. If you...

    Missed ace commiseration thread

So Close..So Far Decided to throw a GStar Teebird from the Red tee on Hole 2 Pin Position B. Sign says 297, Might be a Little further in the B position. It was a perfect low line hit the chains and center pole and bounced out. This would have been my farthest ACE...oh well, Next time!

Review by oneCarney in course Como Lake Park

3.50 star(s) -NEW TEE PADS- not every hole was finished yet when I played, but it appears they will be at some point this summer. -Good Variety of shots, plays well for both RHBH and LHBH players. -Good Variety of Distances. -Walk between Hole 7 and 8 and between hole 11 and 12. It is not a terrible walk...

    carneys ITB 2015

Annakin SkyHyzer I think that the Volt plays much further for me. I can shape all sorts of lines with it. The Teebird Is my low ceiling tunnel shot reliable fade. I have been able to hold a good hyzer line with it. They are similar discs but I can tell the difference in the speed, I think that...

Drive4Show I've tried out a Saint before but found it to be a little too Understable for me, most likely due to form issues. I plan on getting some good video in the next week or so. It might be something I work on throw more understable discs on a hyzer line. Thanks!
