Before the youtubes, Billy Crump did a similar thing in a DVD series called The Clash.
He'd take the top players (Climo, Shultz, Feldberg, Doss, etc) and put them on the best courses in the world (Flyboy, Blue Ribbon Pines, Renny Gold, etc) and they would play doubles or triples matches...
I'll be curious to see if there is a particular disc he likes even more than what he was filling that slot with on Innova. Instead of finding a second rate equivalent, he finds something that works even better for his particular style of throw?
Around here the courses are so open that you could get by with an overstable driver (works for both BH and FH at all sorts of distances) and a Putter that throws well too.
For me it's a D1 and a Wizard.
Hogback in North Augusta, SC is used for collegiate nationals and has some of the most interesting shots in a small pine wood, with rock outcroppings and sandy ravines.

I love reading Harold's thoughts and concepts around the course design process. It points toward a goal of engaging the player's physical, mental, emotional skills as they navigate the track and making each shot meaningful!
If emporia is your choice, I'd go with Olpe. Jones Park is like most park courses in any city. Olpe is an epic round in a remote location. If in KC, go with water works.
Are there any others out there who stayed away from looking at scores, discussing on social media, etc because they didn't want the next day viewing experience to be ruined?

Perhaps Hobbs farms in nearby town. Houck designed with 4.6 stars. Or boundary waters. Haven't played these though to know if they can be stretched to challenge the best. Atlanta would allow for easy flight scheduling getting to the area. Might want to have it in sept or October due to heat.
