    YMCA HOD 5/3/2012-Snow Mountain Ranch

I play this course all the time. The basket is down the hill in a little crater with rocks all around it, behind the trees,so you have to get your disc over the trees. If you land in the crater, its an easy 2. I aced it once with a thumber a few years ago. You cant see the basket from the tee so...

3.00 star(s) beautiful course Beautiful course with the Colorado river on one side and the train tracks and big mountains on the other. On site camping. Some nice wooded holes on the front and some longer more open holes on the back. A lot of opportunities to get birdies. Short course. Kind of easy. This is...

BEST, I mean the VERY BEST course in Colorado???

I love Colorado Mountain College in Leadville Its not right off I-70, but not too far off 70. All the other ones people suggested are good. In Denver, I would pick Camenisch DGC (Badlands and Blair Witch courses)as the best course.

I think, like in ball golf, par is par. I don't play ball golf very well, but I don't expect the par to be higher because my skill level...

    PAR

Playing everything par 3 makes it easy to keep score. Regardless of what the par is, at the end of the round you still have the same score. In the end, what really matters is your number score ,not how many strokes over or under par you were. Par 3 is the standard. When I hear someone say they...

    Best bag for the $$$?

Ive got a revolution bag and its pretty good except the bottom is wearing out where the frame inside sits on the bottom of the bag. Here in Colorado, many of the courses are pretty rugged and when you set your bag down, it's usually on dirt or rocks or some other kind of hard ground and it wears...

Review by villup in course Snow Mountain Ranch YMCA

3.00 star(s) Course 20 holes. Look for hole 7B after #7 and then a long tee for #8. Wooden stakes in the ground point to the next tee. Course sometimes changes due to logging, but there are still plenty of pines to get stuck in. Medium length course; longest hole about 450' and the shortest about...
