    Retiring Discs after an ace?

I retired my one Ace. Had all my buddies sign it, once i got off that cloud i was riding. It was a crazy forehand throw into a basket raised on the side of the hill with a DX Orc.

    Question about images?

another thing to consider... Do not over heat your disks while dye-ing! This is a big one, that i didn't really understand until i saw the finished product. Tried a three color dye, and the black was way too hot. It ended up bleeding through the other lines i had cut, to give a weird outlined...

    Question about images?

You can always do a google search or an image search of some sort of stencil input...ie: star wars stencil or hawaiian stencil, and a surprising ammount of sites will pop up. From there you will need to adjust your sizing to get a good printout that will fit your disk. In the pic you will see...

    Champion Boss

lawnmower, nipple, towel That's what i was told when forst starting out, and it makes sense. First act like you're rip starting a mower, bring the disk across your nipples, and then act like you're snapping a towel at the end. It's not hard for guys to think of nipples, but during a frisbee...

    First ace?

First and only ace for me came after about 5 months of throwing. Was playing around with the forehand shot, and got really lucky with it. Hole number 8 at Big Mine, sailed in a perfect arc and *ching* Jumped about 6 feet off the ground, had all my friends sign it and then retired it. 160-ish DX Orc.

Review by Zero_army in course 10-3 @ CB - Long

4.50 star(s) Crested Butte's Mountain Course What an awesome course with some of the best scenery available. Huge shots into the trees, some diffucult holes, lots of terrain variety. Great pin placement, some holes 800+ feet. Be ready for the mountains! The course takes a good 2-3 hours to play. Basically...

    Where to buy discs?

Marshall Agree with the Marshall Street post. I have bought many disks from them, and they are great priced with many different weights. They even call you if they don't have the weight/color you suggested, and offer options. Great site.

    [Wanted] Wanted: Champion Viking

What are you using? Question...what are you using for the dye? Do you just get blank disks and your favorite stencil and go from there?

Review by Zero_army in course Big Mine DGC

3.50 star(s) Love Big Mine Developed by locals, and played every day by those same locals. Many tourneys are held here with tons of prizes and kegs usually donated by Mountain Spirits. Once the trees fill in, this course is beautiful, with a few nice water hazards and steep terrain. Once the snow flies, this...
