Pros:

Quiet location. Baskets visible. Varied terrain of grass, woodland, stream. Parking adjacent.

Cons:

No maintenance apparent around the course, no course map, no tees.

Other Thoughts:

Enjoyable short pitch and putt course making up own 'tees'.
