I'm getting left hip pain after just practicing approaches RHBH.
I guess I wasn't following through on most shots since they were more focused on accuracy than distance.
Do you guys keep both feet planted the entire time if approaching standstill?
Or do you slightly lift up your rear leg
Not quite as downhill but gradual and long hole.
My star sidewinder that's been used for a few years turned a bit then came back but didn't get as much distance as I wanted.
What's your bomber distance disc where you don't have as much room to do a backhand flex line but it's also a bit too windy and you don't want it to get taken by the wind and flip?

I threw my 164 champ Corvette for the first time today in the field. Scales at 165. Compared to the domey star, this is kinda flat not overly, but it's FAST and maybe violently turns more.

Number one has to be a distance driver, so I'll say star shryke. Very long distance for be that's controlled. Also I can get big distance bh or fh, hyzer or anny.
2. Star Sidewinder. Same as above but can also get dead straight hyzer flips. Great in the woods.
