I carry 3-4 discs when playing a water course. Something that turns left, one for straight shots and something that goes right. And maybe a mid. All are discs that I don't care if I lose.

Depends on water quality and type of plastic but it only takes a few weeks to get stained and 3-4 years to see the plastic breaking down - bubbles, peeling, or cracks in the plastic.

Buy one but just for fun. Not for use on the course.

No. I don't lose discs. If I ever lose one, I will just replace it. I had rather buy a new disc than waste someone's time trying to get a disc back. If I want to trade or sell a disc, ink on it makes it worth less. I don't want my info on a disc for anyone to see.

Same here. It bugs me when I can't find it. So I keep looking until I do and sometimes find another disc..

People think because the Valkyrie holds the distance record, it is something special. Well it isn't. That 820' distance record means nothing because of huge tailwinds the day that record was set. Someone threw a Teebird over 800' that day also. Valks are on my "not cool" list because of that.
