WHAT: FEDS Wednesday Random-Draw Doubles League
WHERE: Hole in the Sky Disc Golf Course - Eagle County Fairgrounds
WHEN: Every Wednesday through mid autumn
TIME: Registration open until 5:50 pm, TEE OFF AT 6:00 pm
COST: $5 to play ($4 to payout, $1 to club)
ACE POOL: $1 - $5 (optional, payout is percentage of pot based on amount paid in)
FORMAT: Random-Draw, Best-Shot Doubles
- Each player is randomly paired with one from the other pool.
- The team then plays each hole as "best shot", choosing whichever of their two throws is preferred until holing out.
- Lowest overall score wins the round (we usually pay out to the top two teams)
ALL AGES, GENDERS AND SKILL LEVELS WELCOME!

We meet in the dirt parking lot on the west end of the park near the first tee. Please be on time since we have limited light to work with this early in the season! Start times will be moving later as the days get longer so don't worry if you can't make it these first few weeks.

Also, if you bring an extra $20 you can reserve your 2016 FEDS membership. We will also accept credit cards (memberships only, small processing fee may apply)

Ace Pool Format: You can choose to pay anywhere between 1 and 5 dollars on the day. If you hit an ace, you receive a percentage of the pool based on how much you paid ($1 = 20%, $2 = 40%, $3 = 60%, $4 = 80% and $5 = 100%) For example, if the ace pool is $100, you paid $3 into the ace pool and you hit an ace, you would get $60. The other $40 would carry over into next week. This will allow ace pools to grow quickly, stay fresh after being hit and an encourage big risk and, as a result, big pools when the dollar amount gets high.

Pool Play Format: Since the club has continued to grow at a high rate, we've felt the need to bring the competitive level of our doubles league a little closer together. Instead of everyone being put into one big pool for the draw, we will be splitting the field into Pro and Am pools and creating teams that pair one player from each pool. This will prevent dominant "super teams" of two very good players and also give new or beginner players a chance to play with and learn from a seasoned veteran.
