Hey all, I've finally gotten fed up with only throwing 375. After making a LOT of form changes over the past few months, this is where I'm at.

A few things I can see - I need to lead with my butt more, and get myself more behind my plant. My right shoulder is also really closed off into my ear during the throw. I've opened it up a lot compared to a few months ago, but it's still a problem I'm having trouble fixing.
 
You are pushing upward/vertical off the rear leg - extending rear knee, and tipping over top front leg into the plant. You basically need to reverse this motion pattern bending rear knee so you push your lower body horizontal underneath the upper body tilting you back onto front leg.
