PDGA # & your age

Are you going to play in enough PDGA tournaments to balance out the cost of joining? If you are going to then go for it, but if not, you are just kind of wasting your money. It doesn't hurt to support your sport though.

Actually, the pdga does very little to support you aside from giving you a rating, and let you play in major events. If you don't plan to play in enough events to offeset the cost of joining (5 or more), then save your money. If you live in a big enough city, then there may be unsanctioned events (we have around 10 a year in KC).
