Registration:
A list of invited players will be posted on the SNDG website. Invited players will have until July 15 to register.
July 16 - September 3 the field will open to anyone with Am Southern National points and valid amateur status.
On-line registration and registration by snail mail are available. Pre-registration is highly encouraged. Players will be able to register in-person on Friday September 3rd. No registration will be available on Saturday September 4th. All pre-registered players are requested to check-in on Friday at Shelby Farms to receive their players pack.

Intermediate Divisions:
Intermediate Amateur - $45

Junior Boys <16* - $30
*If there is enough interest and I have 3 to make a division.

Field Cap:
The field will be capped as follows:
Intermediate Amateurs: 80 players maximum
Entire Field: 160 players maximum

The field will be split into two pools.
Pool B will consist of all Intermediate Amateurs.
Pool A will be all other Amateur divisions*
Intermediate Women and Masters will be in Pool B if there is enough space.

Accommodations:
Primitive camping is available at Bud Hill (absolutely no pets allowed)
Cabin Rentals are available at Shelby Forest (limited availability)

Schedule:
The tournament will be contested during three 18 hole rounds over two days on the courses at Shelby Forest East and West, Johnson Road and Shelby Farms. Followed by a Final 9 for the top 50% of players in each division. The final 9 for all divisions will be played at Johnson Road.

Friday
September 3 - 12-8 p.m. Final Registration/Check In (Shelby Farms)
Gates close at approximately 7:25, if you want to play in this tournament you or your representative need to arrive at Shelby Farms before this time. Contact the TD to make arrangements if you cannot either pre-register or you or your representative cannot arrive at Shelby Farms before 7:25 p.m.
September 3 - 4:00 pm Bring your Partner Doubles at Shelby Farms

Saturday
September 4 - NO REGISTRATION.
September 4 - 9:15 a.m. Players meeting (Shelby Forest pavilion)
September 4 - 10 a.m. Pool A Shelby Forest East
Pool B Shelby Forest West
September 4 - afternoon round Pool A Shelby Forest West
Pool B Shelby Forest East
September 4 - 5-7 p.m.; Long Drive and Skills Contest at Shelby Farms
September 4 - 7-10 p.m.; Flymart at Shelby Farms Visitors Center. Vendors interested in participating should contact Jim Gregory prior to the event.
September 4 - 7-10 p.m.; Player's Party at Shelby Farms Visitors Center (Alcohol will be served to players over 21. No outside alcohol allowed)

Sunday
September 5 - 9 a.m. Pool A Shelby Farms
Pool B Johnson Road
September 5 - afternoon final 9 (top 50% of each division) will be played at Johnson Road on holes 6, 7, 9, (safari hole to 14's basket), 15, 16, 17, 18. Scoring is continuous.
Pool B: Immediately after round 3 scores are tallied
Pool A: Immediately after Pool B finishes
September 5- Awards Ceremony at Johnson Road after completion of the final 9

Miscellaneous Notes:

Lunch will provided both Saturday and Sunday. Tickets will be included in the player's pack or guests are welcome to purchase lunch at a nominal cost.

One ticket to the player's party is included with each entry fee. Guests are welcome to attend for a nominal fee.

All players in the SNAC will receive a players pack consisting of merchandise, lunch tickets, player's party ticket, tournament schedule, course book listing OB's, as well as other items to be determined.

Shelby Forest, Shelby Farms, and Johnson Road Parks do not allow alcohol on their courses. This tournament will be run under a strict policy prohibiting alcohol and illegal substances. Any player seen to be using these items during play by the TD or any substantiated report received by the TD of the use of these items during play will result in immediate disqualification from the tournament without refund. Do not signup for this tournament if you plan to use alcohol or illegal substances during play.

Volunteers are needed for both the SNAC and SNPC tournaments. Volunteers will receive Staff shirts. If you are interested in volunteering (not playing) please email the tournament director of the appropriate event (Brian, Zac or Jim).
