So I'm back from a little study instead of playing discgolf break and the last time I competed in a distance competition was in 2014 (so almost 2 years ago) and I threw a Blizzard Wraith 150g 163 meters (534ft) that year.
This year I'm aiming to throw in the 150-200 meter range (500-700ft)

The discs I'll be throwing this year are the Blizzard Boss 135-150g and the opto-Air Havoc 155g. They have the same flight numbers but the Havoc has a slightly bigger diameter.
