Nice course with a mix of shots
This course seems small at first glance, but it's a lot of fun. There's a fair amount of elevation changes, mixed distances (mostly 200-400ft) and some woods which will make you think about shot placements.
It has all concrete tees with good baskets. There are 9...
If it's dark pink and you found it in the forest in Big Sky Montana, then send it back to me please. Actually, maybe that was a Destroyer, but either way, send the Teebird to me. Thx.
I agree fully.^ The champ Teebirds are fantastic accuracy drivers... my go-to disc off the tee. I disagree with...
The popular Innova discs are popular because they're predictable and steady...
Aviar (putts)
Shark (multi purpose)
Roc (multi purpose)
Teebird (control driver)
Eagle (control driver)
Wraith (overstable driver)
Beast (understable driver)
I like
I will buy any of my putters or mids in DX... I usually prefer RPro or KCPro, but DX will do.
You don't lose them unless you're very reckless, and they don't get that beat up by trees/fences/rocks/etc like drivers do. Star lasts longer than DX, but it's has to last over 2x as long to be worth...
Haha... this is hilarious.
Seems the two camps have formed:
1 - looks and probably plays like a rusty Mach 3 or DiscCatcher that's been on a course for 10+yrs and seeing many midwest winters, so worth about that value.... circa ~$150. It would be cool if you're making a course, but it's too...
Take a deep breath, and then read the orig post. That's exactly what he's advertising it as: a "practice basket." It would work for that, but so would many that are much cheaper... and much more portable.
This thing looks to be more in line as a competitor to Mach 3, Discatcher Pro, etc...
Thanks for your unbiased opinions.^ Maybe the national museum of disc golf will come offer you $500?
I'll stick with my $100 go-anywhere (easily) Skillshot. If I was gonna spend $250+, I'd get... waidumminit, I wouldn't spend over about $100 on a backyard/travel basket... I'd just go to the...
I think it's probably the most popular Innova midrange outside Roc or Shark. It's hard to believe nobody else in your local games and tourneys uses it.
I have a few Cros and like them... but I do like Sharks a bit more.
