This is a star destroyer. I used rit dye heated on the stove until it started steaming, put my vinyl down and ladled the dye into the disc. Let it sit for 10 - 15 minutes and this is what I got.
If anyone tries to tell you your work is no good, they clearly don't know what they're talking about. This is some of the best work I've seen. And as long as you're willing to email pics, Sign me up.

I don't have ianything, but I like the digital idea a lot. I always have my phone on me so I use wireless 18. It's designed for ball golf, but works well for dg as long as you're not playing 18+ holes. They're working on another version that will allow you to keep track of more than one course...

Plastics that are no longer around as well as discs that have been re-introduced, such as the classic roc, are confusing. I'm not sure how I should go about this...
That's a good point. I didn't even think about plastics that aren't around anymore. It would be interesting to know the original plastic.

I too have been attempting night throwing and have given up on taping anything to the surface. I tried painting a couple discs with glow in the dark paint. Surprisingly it didn't throw off the stats of the discs.
