Oh, and the front stamp flight ratings 10/5/-2/2 and underside abbreviation do not differ from the new mold so the only way to tell them apart where the seller's don't already have them separated is to eyeball the rim.

This is only true of the GStar Beast. The rest of the stamps will be different, or at the very least have an ® next to the Innova logo as opposed to a ™.

Why can't they just go ahead and stamp them with the correct information? Is it only because people will just buy them no matter what anyway? I don't understand why the specifications of a product can't be accurately explained on 10% (or much less) of product the same as it is on the rest.

It would be nice not to put the OM in the hands of a new player still developing their form but unfortunately, shops know that if they sell the OS, mega-fast stuff first, the buyer will be back for something less stable and slower stuff down the road. Probably doesn't work the other way though.
