heartman's Bag

Eagles are back, Prodigy fairways are out ... wouldn't be surprised though if that changes again in the next couple of months

How do you like those Prodigy Fairways? I was about to say you have an expensive bag with all those 11x molds, be a pain replacing. Going prodigy is heck of a lot cheaper. Nice bag by the way.

good molds and I like the plastics ... but I'm a sucker for Eagles :) (it is nice to have cheap backups though). If I transitioned back to Prodigy only fairways, I'd probably add an F1 in there for a true overstable fairway, and definitely an F7 for flippier shots

I bought/traded for all those 11x and others before they really went up in value (think the most I've paid for an 11x Eagle was like $25)

- Eagles are back in the bag

- got a new Sidewinder with CCDG stamp and McBeth sig

- added PA-1 (PA-3's were too straight on some shots)

- got 3 /r/discgolf podcast Star Destroyers ... might kick out the Prodigy DD's, might not

ordered FD3, FD2, FD, and PD2 ... might get an S-FD at some point

have my sights on a PDx from a friend within the month, and a DDx whenever they come out

might get some S-PDs as well, not sure yet

wouldn't be surprised in the next couple of months if an S-P2 finds it's way into the bag for off the tee/approach shots

c-FD has made the bag

metal flake FD3 has made the bag

didn't like how domey the FD2 was so didn't even throw it

PD2 is in the bag for now, but it's not quite as overstable as the X1 so it might not always be in the bag ... but I do like it

--------------------------

got two 167 s-PD's to fill other side of fairway spectrum from the FD

... and an s-P2 too

----------------

will update the overall bag within the next month I think and update pics too

the S-P2 is exactly what I needed ... stable HSS and some LSS

the PDs came in today, can't wait to throw them

As you can tell from my previous posts, I recently added a bunch of Discmania/Innova to the bag ... so here's an ITB w/pics update:

- distance drivers got totally switched out

- kept the H1 and Sidewinder, went PD/FD and a beat TL until I get a trashed FD to cover that spot

- mids stayed the same, just switched bagged Gator for backup Gator

- putting putters stayed the same, switched Flyboy PA-3 and added P2 instead of PA1

- at some point I'm going to mess around with a PDx and the DDx (whenever that's finally released) ... not sure where they're going to go ... might knock Destroyers out of the bag? ... maybe?

Pulled the D3 and AJ Destroyer for a DDX and another PFN Star Destroyer. Messed around with a Star Shryke for max distance, but it needs to much room to work. Max weight S-line DDX is what I've wanted: rim feels a tick smaller than the D-series and a controllable flip with reliable fade. The "new" pfn Star Destroyer is stable with some turn and fade ... "easier" to hyzerflip than the DDX (takes less power to flip the Destroyer since it's beat I guess) ... it bombs too

Added a 2nd run FD for 350'ish and under hyzer/straight'n'fade shots where a PD might go to far.

Got 2 first s-line "shield stamp" PDs as backups ... and I forgot how much they bomb. Might not fit the overstable slot, but they're gonna be money when they make it to the bag.

Mids and putters stay the same ... as usual ... don't see any of those molds changing for a loooooooong time.

Nice bag. How come you don't carry any duplicate throwers for your mids?
