I sometimes play a sort of object course when I'm on call and logging hours at a compressor station. Since last fall there's been a Bald Eagle nest not far off the road. Last weekend I got my first real good look at the male. He was perched on the side of the nest. Too bad I'd forgotten my binoculars.

Play Hawk Hallow and they (and their pies) are just considered part of the course!! It can be a little unnerving when a bull is watching from 20-30 yds away while you line up a putt.
Neat shots! Not easy to get skinks to sit still for a photo.

Saw a North American Porcupine at Ross's Run DGC in Petersham, MA last Saturday. It let us get up close and take pictures before he sauntered off into the woods. Also saw 4 hawks and 2 snakes that day.
