The course is fully playable. Just expect brown grass and other typical conditions for winter on the front range. The biggest issue I had was the baskets blending in with the brown grass behind them when teeing off.
Short, fairly flat, uncrowded course with many young trees. Great on weekends for quick play. The course follows an irrigation canal and there are some big trees and additional water hazards to up the challenge factor. Lake in play on 14, 15, and 16. Drainage ditch in play on 5, 6 10, and 11.
All pads have marker poles, all baskets marked. 6 is north east across street from 5. For 7 take road south of 6 east about a block, pad is on your left as you walk east. For 14 cross street and follow wall/sidewalk north west. For 18 cross street north toward hole 5.
Take HWY 402 exit off I-25 (first exit south of Loveland/Greely), take east side of I-25 service road North to River Ranch Estates (multiple entrances), head towards the old grain Silo in a small park with playground and Picnic pavilion. The first tee pad is about 30 ft. north of the Silo. You can see the Silo/park from I-25.

I-25; exit east on Hwy 34 to a right at 1st light turn right and follow through round about then to next stop sign. Take a right on Ronald Reagan Pkwy to Frontage Rd. Head south 2 miles to the Farm Activity Center with Red Silo on left (between the two current subdivisions there is a covered picnic area - 1st tee and map just to the east).
