Another hole like #3, 9 has more room wide right than appears from the tee. Real big arms sometimes get their discs wet here (right, and sometimes long), but us average players can still throw a safe driver (rhbh) angling wide right, and fade in to the green.

Crank your tee shot, but not enough to flip to the right into the marshy end of the lake. I throw my star tern straight at it, and some day, i might get there. Also, this hole tends to have a lot of spongy wet footing, from the tee to the valley in front of the basket.

Almost the last of the holes where the water gets in your head, #7 plays just about at its stated length, even though it feels like a downhill shot. My rhbh Tern drive needs to be aimed at the corner of the lake to fade around the white tree and its branches.

There is enough drop in this shot that your fade tends to be more pronounced than you expect. Aim a little wider to the side than you normally do. I generally aim my River to the right of that tree (rhbh) and throw pretty firmly. It would take a real overthrow to get to the lake beyond.

Due to the up slope here, a drive that stays to the right and fades into the hill tends to get up there further than a straight approach.

The bush at the ravine is about 60% of the way to the basket and pretty much in line. Most folks try to fade their (rhbh) drives in from the right side. Be aware that the basket has water fairly close long and left.

Most folks rhbh with something stable right out over the lakeside bench because there is a lot more 'beach' out there than appears from the tee. If you really worry about losing plastic, there is a route left of the tree in the center of the fairway, but your putt will usually be toward the water.

The water carry is always a gut check, and can influence disc selection, but keep in mind that, once you judge the wind, anything you throw that's long enough and fading left is generally safe. RHBH: fade or hyzer right at it and essentially take the water out of play.

This wide open, er, opener, usually plays the split rail fence to the right as OB in tournaments. Also, as you approach the basket, be aware that the lake breezes sometimes funnel up the hill and under the pine branches to affect the end of your shot near the basket.

Only 200' to the pin, but you'll have to carry water pretty much the whole distance. Assuming RHBH, stick with something stable and let it fade back from over the lake. If you want to play it safe, just stay left the whole way.
