Pros:
9 holes in a quiet section of a quiet town. A nice course to bring the kids out to as there typically isn't any traffic whatsoever. Not a ton of variety to be found, but theoretically you could do some field work here pre/post round (again, typically no one to be found and the field that houses a handful of holes is fairly large and open). Porta Potty and shelter on site.
Cons:
Not much variety to be found and very short. Single chain baskets. No tee pads and the signs that are present have worn away with time (not like you'd need them anyway, since everything is pretty much right in front of you). The bugs can get nasty and there are a couple of low areas that can get pretty swampy after a bit of rain.
Other Thoughts:
Better to have a course than to not I suppose, but this isn't anything you need to come out of your way for. Serves its purpose as a quick fix if you're on a time crunch or are heading home after playing somewhere else and want to sneak in a few extra holes.
