Pros:
* Exists
* Convenient if you are in the area
* Distance and wind makes it a better challenge
* Interesting play-it-forward, play-it-backwards configuration
Cons:
* It's not a hugely difficult course, but it suits a beginner, a relaxing day golfer visiting the lake or area, or an advanced player who wants to get some distance under par and feel like a pro
* Interesting play-it-forward, play-it-backwards configuration
Other Thoughts:
I need to be in the Edna/Lake Texana area at least once a month and this course gives me a pleasant diversion. When I first played it, the fairways were mowed, leaving a "rough" that you could play as OB and make the course more challenging. Look, this is a 9 hole forward/reverse course near a lake that attracts some parties. If you like to disc golf and are in the area, give it a shot. Will it be the epic course built to give you the perfect challenge? No, but at least you can bang some chains.
If there is more than one card on this course, I don't know what will happen. I guess you'll just have to be patient as you cross paths. For a place with 10 baskets, I think they did a great job in giving me 18 different drives. Bueno.
