Pros:
+Nice Veteran baskets. All in good shape and catch well.
+Nice concrete pads that are grippy and sized well for this shorter course.
+Great tee signs (definitely newer than Derek Tonn's photos from 2020)
+Ace chances on every hole but none of them are super easy.
+Lots of elevation change on most holes. Not what I expected in small town Western MN.
+Some interesting stone architecture on the course including a bridge. Hole 3's basket is also placed on a platform made of the same stone.
+Many holes are blind and that negates how short some of the holes are.
+Mature trees and a good amount of trees on the course while still being a park style disc golf course.
+Can catch some views of the MN River or Big Stone Lake if you look hard enough.
Cons:
-Very short
-Tiny park and the course could feel cramped if more than 1 group was playing. Potential safety issues are multiple holes cross paths or throw very close to other. This is a smaller town so it probably doesn't get too busy.
-Some holes are blind and play near taller grass/weeds. Could be frustrating as you won't know exactly where to look. Might want to use a spotter on these holes if possible.
-Many players could use just a putter and a mid or two. Definitely not a whole bag type of course.
Other Thoughts:
+Overall, this course is designed very well for the small amount of land available.
+High fun factor. I'm a sucker for shorter holes with elevation changes. Most of these holes fit that category. It would take longer for this course to get boring than flatter ones of similar length.
